Fair Produce: fresh produce produced in a fair way

Dutch mushrooms with the Fair Produce hallmark are produced by companies that treat their employees fairly:

 •  They receive a fair wage
 •  They work under good labour conditions

The foundation Stichting Fair Produce Nederland certifies companies that have demonstrated to pursue a social personnel policy that meets all requirements. This will stimulate good employment practices throughout the whole mushroom chain. Not only producers, but traders and employment agencies are certified too.
